You haven’t lived until you have a vending machine moo at you. Bring your quarters and get some of the freshest milk you will ever drink. You can’t leave until you thank the ladies (aka moo cows) in the adjacent field who begin mooing as soon as the vending machine moos. They also sell their cream and even give tours of the dairy to groups. Cathy’s Cakery in Downtown Newberry sells their milk, but the trip to the Vend-a-Moo is a must – at least the first time.
