	Media Award Presented to Margaret Brackett The 2009 Media Award for Radio Talk Show was presented to Margaret Brackett of WKDK. Lt. Governor Andre Bauer traveled to Newberry to personally make this presentation. The WKDK broadcasts, “On the Move with Margaret,” have been aired for seven years during the Coffee Hour to inform the community on interesting and motivating subjects. Congratulations Margaret!

	Learning More About the ROTC LTC Walt Pjetraj, Professor of Military Science, spoke to the Newberry Rotary Club about the excellent opportunities available to students when joining the Army ROTC.
